Horses Are Our Lives

Horses are our lives. They are in our blood. They are a part of our heart and soul and backbone. It doesn't matter if we own a horse or not, or even if we ride or not, because what matters is that we have a love for horses. All horses, no matter size, breed, gender, temperament ...well maybe temperament! I have a love for horses and I want to share what I know and what I feel with you. I am on a search for what horses mean to me. I hope you come along on the ride with me!

March Snow

Can you believe this?

1st Day of Spring was Sunday!

Now, instead of buds, we have snow hanging on the limbs.

The snow sure is pretty!

But 4" is just too much, and temps in the 20's!

The snow just is hanging on the trees this morning. No wind.

And as I was taking these photos, it was very quiet and peaceful outside!

But... snow! I don't even think the robins can you believe this!

NO MORE SNOW!!! Ugh! It is very pretty though, especially clinging to the tree branches.

yes, this was maybe forecasted, but yesterday was low 40's. I was surprised, as I watch the weater every day! lol All the weathermen can do is tell us why the weather happens, AFTER it happens.

LOL

We have robins hopping around in our yard to and it feels so strange with all the snow. So many birds and calves have been born already that I wonder how they survive. This is unusual weather for March.
